When I took this photo I loved how the light was coming through the window casting a beautiful natural light on to the subject. But after processing the original photo even though it looked good I thought it just needed something more. So I turned it in to a watercolor using the original photo as the base.
Dave Sandt Has been working as a professional photographer since 2011 but has been behind the camera since 1976. He has won many awards for his civil war battlefield photography.
